Dr. Oakley Smith Rhinoplasty

Dr. Smith was awful. From the second I walked into his office, the vibe was off. I found him to be standoffish and unapproachable, your typical arrogant doctor who thinks they’re smarter than everyone else and don’t have to answer to anyone. After having my consultation, I reached out requesting an updated simulated image, as the one he created was done quite quickly in his office and I was hoping to see an image that he had taken some time with to truly understand the result that he believed he could achieve for me I waited a week before I got a response telling me they would not be proceeding with me as a patient and when I followed up to inquire why that was the decision, I never heard back. I find this to be completely unprofessional and arrogant as he was likely was offended that I asked for an updated simulated image and dropped me as a patient because he didn’t want to be told what to do. Despite the fact that I very kindly requested it. Which I thought was within my rights after having paid $250 for the consultation. Avoid at all costs if you’re looking for a doctor who is personable.

I couldn’t be happier with my rhinoplasty results. I had a very complex case, and Dr. Oakley Smith did an incredible job. The results are subtle, natural, and balanced, exactly what I wanted. He managed to make a significant improvement while still making my nose look completely natural and like it belongs on my face. His skill, attention to detail, and professionalism are exceptional. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt Dr. Oak deserved one. It’s been a little over two years since my rhinoplasty, and I remain very happy with the results. Dr. Oak did an excellent job removing my dorsal hump while keeping my nose looking natural and masculine. One thing I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain the importance of preserving masculine facial features rather than simply making the nose smaller. The recovery was smoother than I expected, with minimal bruising, and the final result looks balanced and fits my face well.
