Dr. Colin Hong Plastic Surgery

Appointment was supposed to be at 3:30. Waited until 4:30. What’s the point of booking an appointment if I still have to wait an hour?

Just had a procedure done and definitely the best place I could’ve gotten it at! From arranging the procedure with Lynn, to meeting Dr. Hong and his team of nurses- everyone has been so wonderful and welcoming. The experience was very comfortable and amazing given that it was also my first surgical procedure. Dr. Hong is an artisté and definitely has that great aesthetic eye so to those complaining about the wait- please be patient, because he will carefully take his time once he gets to you. So happy that I chose Dr. Hong, even though I’m only less than 24 hours post-op I’m already obsessed with the results 😍 10/10 RECOMMEND!!! Big thanks Dr. Hong and team!🫶🏼🥹

12:00 appointment on a Monday, left at 3:10 without an explanation on why there was such a delay, never got to see the doctor. Asked about the wait time at 12:45, was told I was next. Asked again at 1:30, was told their with a patient and I was next. Was told to go into the room at 2:00, waited until 2:45. When I asked again how much longer, they told me 10-15 minutes. When I left at 3:10, they told me they'd ask how much longer it will take but I didn't care anymore. What a waste of my day.

Has long wait times but does fantastic job at reasonable prices.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Appointment was for 2:10 pm, I booked work off early, arrived to my appointment ten minutes early. It is now 4:18 pm and I still have not seen dr Colin Hong. Not sure why they booked me in for today if I have to sit and wait for hours. I’ve never had ANY appointment take this long. This place is ridiculous. I’ve asked nicely how much longer, after waiting for 2 hours, to be brushed off by the lady at the front desk… only to be told. “He’s coming soon “ Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t value people’s time.
