My experience with Dr. Alexander and his team was genuinely life changing. I had struggled with breathing issues my entire life, but I never realized just how bad my breathing was until after my septorhinoplasty and turbinate reduction. Being able to breathe so clearly for the first time was incredible. I can breathe better than I ever have, my sleep has improved, and I no longer find myself getting as sick as I used to. From the very beginning, Dr. Alexander and his entire team were amazing. Everyone was incredibly kind, and the staff were always more than happy to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. Dr. Alexander not only corrected my functional issues, but also gave me results that I am so happy with aesthetically. One of the things I appreciate most is that I still look like myself. He made subtle changes that enhanced what I naturally had rather than giving me a completely different nose. It feels like my nose, just better. My recovery was also much easier than I expected. I had virtually no swelling or bruising and had a great experience throughout the entire process. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Alexander and his team enough. If I ever needed another procedure that he and his team could perform, I wouldn't even consider another surgeon. It was a 10/10 experience, and I would happily recommend him to anyone considering surgery.

I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Alexander in 2022. I came all the way from Alberta after doing extensive research on who I believed would be able to work on my previous nose type and who was going to be able to provide me with my desired results. It has been 4 years and I am still SO happy with my results. Him and his entire team are so professional, compassionate, and respectful. From the moment I met him, I knew I was in great hands and that I could trust him. I had nothing but good experiences with him and everyone involved in my care. He truly takes your features into consideration and creates a result that beautifully compliments the rest of your face. One thing I should mention for anyone considering a rhinoplasty, is that you need to be patient with your results. You definitely see the majority of the final outcome 1 year after your surgery but I dealt with swelling fluctuations for even longer. This obviously may not be the case for everyone, and I do have “medium thickness” skin, but it’s a good thing to keep in mind! I included some before pictures and some after pictures from my wedding last year because I find they capture my completely healed result and I felt the most confident I have ever felt. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Alexander! I couldn’t be happier! 🥹❤️

Had a septorhinoplasty done with dr Alexander in January, and the experience was great! Can breathe so much better and am overall much more confident with my nose shape.
